VI. Deposit Payment, Return and Refund Terms

1. Deposit Payment Rules: When placing an order for commodities on this Website (especially customized products such as intangible cultural heritage handcrafts and customized metaphysical crystal pieces tailored to individual needs), you are required to prepay 30% of the total order amount as a deposit. Pursuant to legal provisions, the deposit amount shall not exceed 20% of the subject matter of the principal contract; the excess part shall not have the effect of a deposit and shall only be used as an advance payment to offset the purchase price. The order will take effect upon successful payment of the deposit, and we will initiate order fulfillment processes such as stock preparation and customized production.
2. Application of Deposit Penalty Rule: ① If you unilaterally cancel the order or refuse to pay the balance without justifiable reason, the paid deposit will not be refunded; ② If the order cannot be completed due to our reasons (e.g., inability to perform the contract, unqualified product quality, wrong delivery, or other statutory breach circumstances), we will double refund the deposit (calculated only based on 20% of the subject matter of the contract), and fully refund the advance payment exceeding the deposit amount; ③ If the order is canceled by mutual agreement, the deposit and advance payment will be handled in accordance with the negotiated result.
3. Respect for Statutory Return Rights: If the commodity has quality problems, is seriously inconsistent with the order description, is incorrectly delivered, or other statutory circumstances, you may apply for a return and refund in accordance with the law, and we will assume corresponding responsibilities in accordance with regulations. The return address, refund account information, and payment records of the deposit and balance collected during the return process will only be used for this after-sales and settlement process, and strictly comply with the information protection requirements of this Policy.
4. Restrictions on Returns Without Justifiable Reason: Except for statutory circumstances allowing unconditional returns, we will not accept return and refund applications due to personal preferences, poor subjective experience, or other unjustifiable reasons. When returning the commodity, you must ensure it is in good condition (no damage to appearance, complete tags/accessories, no signs of use, and not affecting secondary sales). If the commodity is artificially damaged, has signs of use, or lacks accessories, we have the right to refuse the return and refund.

Provisions on Special Commodities: Customized products such as intangible cultural heritage handcrafts and metaphysical crystal pieces tailored to individual needs, as well as commodities whose quality is affected after unpacking, are not eligible for unconditional returns upon delivery. We will prompt you through a pop-up window on the page and a prominent position on the product details page before purchase, and the order will be placed only after your confirmation. For such commodities, if you cancel the customization due to personal reasons after paying the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
7. Payment Processing and Information Use: When processing refunds (including deposit refund and balance refund), we will use your order payment information and bank account/payment account information for fund transfer. This information will only be used for this settlement, and after the processing is completed, necessary records will be retained in accordance with this Policy, and excess information will be anonymized in a timely manner.
